Make sure to flatten each mince ball as thin as possible without breaking it; this will help it cook quicker and stops it from being dry.
If you don’t want to add the sauce all at once, you can add it after reheating the muffin.
Store in the freezer, thaw one in the fridge overnight and reheat it in the morning. You can either use an oven, air fryer or microwave. Remove from foil, microwave on each side for 1 minute then bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for around 5 - 7 minutes (check and make sure the centre is warm/the muffins are crispy on the outside).
