1Cut 2 chicken breasts (500g total) into 5 strips each.
2Add 70g of low-fat Greek yogurt to the chicken.
3Season with salt, garlic powder, pepper, and smoked paprika.
4Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
5To a pan on medium heat, add 50ml of light soy sauce.
6Add 90g of light sweet chili sauce.
7Add 10g of minced garlic and 10g of minced ginger.
8Add 20g of honey.
9Mix and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
10For the breading, grab 70g of cornflakes.
11Add the same seasonings as before (salt, garlic powder, pepper, smoked paprika) to the cornflakes.
12Crush the seasoned cornflakes into smaller pieces.
13Coat each piece of chicken in the crushed cornflakes, pressing down to make sure it sticks.
14Spray with light cooking oil spray to make them even crunchier.
15Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 18-22 minutes OR air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 16-18 minutes.
16Coat each cooked chicken piece evenly in the sweet chili sauce.
17Enjoy your low-calorie sweet chili chicken tenders.

Tips
When coating the chicken in the crushed cornflakes, use your fingers and press down on the chicken to help the cornflakes stick and not fall off.
Spray each side with light cooking oil spray, such as Frylight, for extra crunchiness and to help the cornflakes stick and not fall off, especially when air frying.
When coating each piece of chicken in the sauce, make sure to only lightly coat it and not drench it completely, otherwise, the coating can go from being nice and crunchy to soggy.
