5Cut off the crusts of 2 slices of milk bread.
6Spread the shrimp mixture evenly between the bread slices, creating a sandwich. Ensure no shrimp leaks out from the sides.
7Deep fry the sandwich at 350°F for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
