Crack open a block of cream cheese.

Season the cream cheese on all sides with your favorite barbecue rub.

Optional: Use a knife to score the top of the cream cheese.

Take a sheet of foil and make a little boat for the cream cheese to sit on.

Fire up the smoker to 200 degrees.

Place the cream cheese on the smoker and let it smoke for about an hour.

Grab some crumbled bacon and layer it all over the top of the cream cheese.

Drizzle hot honey generously all over the bacon.

Shut the smoker down and let it smoke for about another hour or until the bacon is crispy and the cream cheese is soft, still at 200 degrees.

Serve alongside your favorite chips or crackers.

Tips
Scoring the cream cheese top with a knife is optional, it just makes it look pretty.
