Directions

  1. 1Slice sausages lengthwise, but not all the way through.
  2. 2Spread sausages open and fill with cream cheese.
  3. 3Add pickled jalapeños on top of cream cheese.
  4. 4Add shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. 5Smoke at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
