Directions

  1. 1흰자와 노른자를 잘 섞습니다.
  2. 2약한 불에 식용유나 버터를 두릅니다.
  3. 3오믈렛을 팬에 넣고 뚜껑을 덮어 약 5분간 익힙니다.
  4. 4오믈렛을 부드럽게 굴려 바깥쪽이 고르게 익도록 합니다.
  5. 5뚜껑을 덮고 약 1분간 익힙니다.
  6. 6뒤집어서 뚜껑을 덮고 1분간 익힙니다.

  • 흰자 거품을 만들 때 핸드믹서를 사용하면 쉽습니다.
