Add cooking oil, cinnamon sticks and cardamom to the pan.

Add onion and saute until brown.

Add water.

Add turmeric and red chili and cook for 2-3 minutes in low heat.

Add garlic paste and ginger paste.

Add beef/goat/lamb.

Add salt, garam masala and white pepper powder.

Add mustard oil and plain yogurt.

Cook for 5 minutes in low heat.

Add ketchup and warm water.

Cook for 1 hour in low heat and stir occasionally.

Add garam masala, fried onions, nut paste, raisins and dried plum.

Add powder milk, salt and cardamom.

Add green chili and roasted cumin.

Cook for another 30 minutes in lowest heat.

3 tbsp plain yogurt
1.5 tbsp ketchup
1.5 cups warm water
2 tbsp garam masala
0.5 cup fried onions
2.5 tbsp nut paste
1.5 tbsp raisins
5 dried plum
6 dried plum
0.25 cup powder milk
2 tbsp powder milk
salt
0.25 tsp cardamom
8 green chili
10 green chili
1 tsp roasted cumin
