Directions

  1. 1Take mutton keema in a glass bowl.
  2. 2Add chopped onion to the keema.
  3. 3Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. 4Add chaat masala.
  5. 5Add red chili powder.
  6. 6Add garam masala powder.
  7. 7Add black pepper.
  8. 8Add a pinch of elaichi powder.
  9. 9Add chopped green chilies.
  10. 10Add chopped coriander leaves.
  11. 11Add salt.
  12. 12Add gram flour.
  13. 13Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands.
  14. 14Add melted butter and mix well.
  15. 15Grease your palm with a little oil.
  16. 16Take a portion of the mixture, make a round shape ball, and then shape it like a kebab using a skewer.
  17. 17Repeat for all kebabs and arrange them on a plate.
  18. 18Heat some oil in a pan.
  19. 19Place the kebabs in the pan.
  20. 20Cook the kebabs for 20 minutes on a low flame until perfectly cooked.
  21. 21Remove the cooked kebabs and place them in a serving dish.
  22. 22Place a piece of aluminum foil with a hot charcoal on top of the kebabs.
  23. 23Pour a spoon of butter on the hot charcoal to create a smoky flavor.
  24. 24Remove the charcoal.
  25. 25Pour melted butter over the kebabs.
  26. 26Sprinkle a little chaat masala over the kebabs.
  27. 27Serve the juicy Qureshi kebabs with green chutney and onion/tomato slices.
