Add soy sauce to a bowl.

Add chili garlic sauce to the bowl.

Add water to the bowl.

Add sesame oil to the bowl.

Add rice wine vinegar to the bowl.

Add white sugar to the bowl.

Add sesame seeds to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients in the bowl with a spoon.

Set the sauce aside.

In a separate bowl, add the ground pork.

Add the ground beef.

Add the coleslaw to the bowl.

Add garlic and ginger to the bowl.

Add soy sauce to the bowl.

Cut up some green onions.

Add the green onions to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well combined by hand.

Cut open the wonton wrappers package.

Place a portion of the filling on a wonton wrapper.

Lay them down on a cutting board.

Brush some oil down in a pan.

Turn on the stove to medium-high heat.

Lay the wontons meat side down in the pan.

Brush oil on the back of the wontons.

Flip the wontons after a couple of minutes.

Fry the wontons until they are nice and crispy.

Add chili oil to the cooked wontons.

Add the sauce to a small bowl.

Serve the wontons with the sauce.

Tips
Do not make the wonton filling too thick, or else it will take too long to cook.
Fold the wontons in half like a taco and dip them in the sauce.
