Start by sautéing minced garlic in a pan.

Add ground beef to the pan and cook until it becomes golden brown.

Set the seasoned ground beef aside.

In the same pan, sweat your diced onions for 2 minutes.

Add a Japanese curry cube to the onions and let it melt.

Once the curry cube is melted, add the beef back into the pan.

Add dashi powder and milk to create a creamy hearty sauce.

Finally, add a bit of ketchup for some sweetness.

Serve the ground beef curry over rice with bonito flakes.
