Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. 2Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray.
  3. 3Wash the baby potatoes and quarter them.
  4. 4Slice an onion and chop your broccoli, ensuring to leave the broccoli in slightly larger pieces.
  5. 5Add all of the veggies to the sheet pan and drizzle some olive oil over them.
  6. 6Season the veggies with about half of the seasoning blend.
  7. 7Next, add the chicken thighs to a bowl.
  8. 8Season the chicken thighs with the rest of the seasoning.
  9. 9Add enough Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat the chicken and stir until well coated.
  10. 10Add the seasoned chicken to your sheet pan with the vegetables.
  11. 11Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 185 degrees F.
  12. 12Once cooked, top everything with some shredded Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • small head of broccoli, chopped
  • 24 oz baby potatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese

Tips

  • Leave the broccoli in slightly larger pieces.
