Tips
The above recipe is for a THICK and STICKY sauce. For a THINNER sauce use LESS of the cornstarch slurry.
For thinner sauce : Pour a SMALL amount into the sauce- a little at a time- bring to a simmer to check the thickness. Continue this process until you reach the desired thickness.
