Directions

  1. 1Put honey on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2Sprinkle thyme over the honey.
  3. 3Place a slice of pear on top of the honey and thyme.
  4. 4Cover it with a piece of puff pastry.
  5. 5Poke holes in the puff pastry with a fork.
  6. 6Brush the puff pastry with egg.
  7. 7Bake in the oven.
  8. 8Remove the mini pear tarts from the baking tray using a spatula.
  9. 9Serve on a plate.
