Easy Boursin Cheese Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Place a block of Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor is recommended) in the center of a baking pan.
  2. 2Add cherry tomatoes around the Boursin cheese in the baking pan.
  3. 3Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and tomatoes.
  4. 4Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes, truffle salt, and cracked black pepper over the ingredients in the baking pan.
  5. 5Bake the pan in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6Once baked, use a fork to mash the tomatoes and mix them with the melted cheese.
  7. 7While the mixture is still hot, add spinach and heavy cream, then mix well.
  8. 8Cook angel hair pasta in boiling water.
  9. 9Season raw shrimp with olive oil, truffle salt, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley, and pepper.
  10. 10Heat a pan with oil and cook the seasoned shrimp until done.
  11. 11Add the cooked pasta to the cheese and tomato mixture and coat the pasta in the sauce.
  12. 12Add the cooked shrimp to the pasta and sauce, then mix everything together.
  13. 13Garnish with fresh parsley on top.
