1Season 2 pounds of lean ground beef with the specified taco seasonings.
2Halfway through cooking the beef, add one diced bell pepper and one diced white onion.
3Once the meat is done, add 100 grams of Taco Bell seasoning (or mild sauce) to the meat.
4Prepare the Mexican red rice: combine 200 grams of washed rice with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, 35 grams of tomato paste, and 16 ounces of chicken bone broth. Mix and cook.
5Lay down your beef on a wrap.
6Lay down your rice on the wrap.
7Add 2% Mexican cheese over the top.
8Add a pass of sour cream over the top.
9Tuck both sides of the burrito in.
10Take the top of the burrito, roll it over, pull in, and tuck the other side to secure it.
11Toast the burritos up.

Tips
For reheating from the fridge, microwave for 60 seconds.
For reheating from the freezer, microwave for 1:30, flip, and microwave for another 45 seconds.
Keep everything pulled back on the burrito towards one end when assembling.
Tuck both sides in, then roll the top over, pulling in to secure, and tuck the other side.
