Easy Creamy Cheese Pasta

Directions
- 1Add chopped red onion and olive oil to a pan and cook.
- 2Add halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and butter to the pan.
- 3Add fresh basil to the pan.
- 4Add tomato paste to the pan and mix.
- 5Add water to the pan.
- 6Add spaghetti to the pan.
- 7Mix the spaghetti until cooked and coated in the sauce.
- 8Add ricotta cheese and parsley to the pasta and mix.
- 9Add mozzarella cheese slices on top of the pasta.
- 10Mix the mozzarella cheese into the pasta until melted and creamy.
- 11Serve the pasta on a plate.
- 12Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
