Directions
- 1Shred the cooked chicken breasts and place them in a bowl
- 2Add the diced yellow onion
- 3Add cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 4Add cream of mushroom soup
- 5Add drained RO*TEL diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 6Add sour cream
- 7Add taco seasoning
- 8Mix all the ingredients together
- 9Crush the Doritos
- 10Add a layer of crushed Doritos to the bottom of the baking dish
- 11Pour the chicken mixture over the Doritos
- 12Smooth the mixture out
- 13Top with shredded cheese
- 14Top with crushed Doritos
- 15Top with a little bit more shredded cheese
- 16Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes
- 17Cool for 5-10 minutes
