Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. 2Cook macaroni, drain and set aside.
  3. 3Brown hot dogs in a pan.
  4. 4Add chili, onion, tomatoes & spices.
  5. 5Mix macaroni with chili mixture.
  6. 6Transfer to baking dish & top with cheese.
  7. 7Bake 10–15 mins until melted & bubbly.

  • 225 g elbow macaroni
  • 500 g beef hot dogs, sliced
  • 1 can (425 g) chili (with or without beans)
  • 250 g cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 125 g onion (diced)
  • 125 g tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • for greasing Butter or vegetable oil
