Add diced onions to a large pot and cook until softened and lightly browned.

Add the ground beef and let it brown on one side before breaking it up.

Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Once the beef is cooked through, mix it with the onions, then stir in the tomato paste until everything is coated.

Pour in the bone broth, add the protein pasta, and bring to a boil.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has absorbed, lower the heat to a simmer.

Add the fat-free cheddar cheese and stir until creamy and fully combined.

Split into 3 meal prep containers, or portion it into smaller servings, and enjoy.
