Hamburger Helper Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Add diced onions to a large pot and cook until softened and lightly browned.
  2. 2Add the ground beef and let it brown on one side before breaking it up.
  3. 3Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Once the beef is cooked through, mix it with the onions, then stir in the tomato paste until everything is coated.
  5. 5Pour in the bone broth, add the protein pasta, and bring to a boil.
  6. 6Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7Once the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has absorbed, lower the heat to a simmer.
  8. 8Add the fat-free cheddar cheese and stir until creamy and fully combined.
  9. 9Split into 3 meal prep containers, or portion it into smaller servings, and enjoy.
