Directions

  1. 1Season the chicken.
  2. 2Mix the seasoning thoroughly into the chicken.
  3. 3Add oil to a pot.
  4. 4Brown the chicken in the hot oil.
  5. 5Remove the browned chicken from the pot.
  6. 6Add chopped onions to the pot and sauté.
  7. 7Add chopped celery to the pot.
  8. 8Add tomato paste to the pot.
  9. 9Stir the ingredients in the pot.
  10. 10Add more seasoning.
  11. 11Return the chicken to the pot with the sautéed vegetables.
  12. 12Add chopped potatoes to the pot.
  13. 13Add a stock cube to the pot.
  14. 14Cover the pot and cook.
  15. 15Garnish with parsley.
