Add whole peeled tomatoes to a large dutch oven or stockpot.

Add the onion soup mix to the tomatoes.

Stir the mixture well.

Add the beef bouillon cubes and water, then mix well.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

While the mixture is coming to a boil, chop all the vegetables.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.

Turn the heat down to medium-low for a slow rolling boil and cook with the lid on until the vegetables are tender.

Serve and enjoy.

1 envelope Onion soup mix
6 to 7 Beef bouillon cubes
3 cups Water
1 head Cabbage
0.5 stalk Celery
1 Red bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
2 Onion
5 cloves Garlic

Tips
The soup takes more calories to burn up food value from it than it has calories itself.
You can have any amount of coffee or tea without sugar or cream.
If you want to use a local dressing on the vegetables, you may do so.
You can also have Parmesan cheese with your vegetables to help with the flavor.
