Directions

  1. 1Add whole peeled tomatoes to a large dutch oven or stockpot.
  2. 2Add the onion soup mix to the tomatoes.
  3. 3Stir the mixture well.
  4. 4Add the beef bouillon cubes and water, then mix well.
  5. 5Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  6. 6While the mixture is coming to a boil, chop all the vegetables.
  7. 7Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.
  8. 8Turn the heat down to medium-low for a slow rolling boil and cook with the lid on until the vegetables are tender.
  9. 9Serve and enjoy.

  • 1 can Whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 envelope Onion soup mix
  • 6 to 7 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 0.5 stalk Celery
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 2 Onion
  • 5 cloves Garlic

Tips

  • The soup takes more calories to burn up food value from it than it has calories itself.
  • You can have any amount of coffee or tea without sugar or cream.
  • If you want to use a local dressing on the vegetables, you may do so.
  • You can also have Parmesan cheese with your vegetables to help with the flavor.
