Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Directions
- 1Pound chicken breasts until thin and season both sides.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan.
- 3Cook chicken until both sides are browned and internal temperature is 165°F.
- 4Remove chicken from the pan and add butter.
- 5Sauté onions and garlic in butter until fragrant.
- 6Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream of mushroom soup until bubbly.
- 7Lower heat and add chicken back to the pan, spooning sauce over top until chicken is reheated.
- 8Serve over rice and top with fresh basil.
