Directions

  1. 1Brown and drain 3 pounds of ground beef in a 12-quart pot.
  2. 2Add in 1 pound of Jimmy Dean Hot breakfast sausage and do not drain it.
  3. 3While the sausage is cooking, add in 6 ounces of tomato paste and work it in, letting it cook with the sausage.
  4. 4When the sausage is fully cooked, add in one large chopped onion, three chopped fresh jalapenos, and nine cloves of chopped garlic.
  5. 5Add 4 ounces of hatch green chili, 2 tablespoons of flavor time Southern seasoning, and 3 ounces of Williams original chili seasoning.
  6. 6Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start softening.
  7. 7After about 5 minutes, add in 44 ounces of diced tomatoes and 44 ounces of tomato sauce.
  8. 8Stir everything together, place the lid on, and simmer on low for a minimum of 1 hour (or 1 hour and a half).
  9. 9Add in three cans of Bush's Chili Magic Campfire style.
  10. 10Stir these in, put the lid back on, and let it simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
  11. 11Add a splash of zippy zap to enhance the flavor.
