Peanut Butter Balls

Directions

  1. 1In a large bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar.

  3. 3Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for about 20–25 seconds until softened so it’s easy to mix in.
  4. 4Add the warmed peanut butter to the mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  5. 5Place the mixture in the freezer until slightly firm (about 30–60 minutes) or keep at room temperature for easier forming.
  6. 6Roll into small balls, using a cookie scoop for uniform size.
  7. 7Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat thoroughly.
  8. 8Store the finished peanut butter balls in the freezer and serve them slightly frozen for optimal texture.
