Directions

  1. 1Cut the cauliflower into steaks.
  2. 2Brush the cauliflower steaks with olive oil, grated parmesan and spices.
  3. 3Roast or air fry until fork tender.
  4. 4Layer on tomato sauce.
  5. 5Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.
  6. 6Melt the cheese and pepperoni.

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon spices
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni
