Easy Barbecue Cheeseburger Sliders
Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- 3Drain any extra grease from the skillet.
- 4Grab a package of King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls and slice those open, keeping your knuckles on the counter so everything's nice and even.
- 5Stir in some minced garlic and a little bit of barbecue sauce into the cooked beef.
- 6Put the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.
- 7Add a layer of pepper jack cheese.
- 8Add the ground beef on top of the cheese.
- 9Top the ground beef with shredded colby jack cheese.
- 10Add some leftover bacon from breakfast.
- 11Add crispy fried onions.
- 12Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
- 13Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush them with melted butter.
- 14Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- 15Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- Pepper jack cheese slices
- Shredded colby jack cheese
- Crispy fried onions
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp melted butter
