Take a large chicken breast and slice it in half.
Make some small shallow cuts on the chicken to help integrate the seasoning.
Cover the chicken with plastic wrap.
Gently pound the chicken with a meat mallet to tenderize it.
Add 1 cup of flour into a bowl.
Coat the chicken entirely in the flour.
In another bowl, add 2 eggs, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, parsley to taste, and 50 grams of Parmesan cheese.
Stir and mix all the ingredients really well for the chicken seasoning.
Take the chicken and coat it in the seasoned eggs, spreading the seasonings evenly on both sides.
Add some melted butter to a hot pan.
Add the chicken to the pan and fry it over medium heat.
When one side is fried, flip it and repeat the process on the other side, frying for a few more minutes.
Once the chicken is fried, remove it and set it aside on a plate.
In the same pan, add 150 ml of chicken or vegetable broth, 3 chopped garlic cloves, some parsley, the juice of half a lemon, and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cook the broth with the seasonings and butter until it forms a nice, delicious sauce.
Add the chicken to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Flip the chicken if you prefer to get it covered on both sides.
Remove the chicken from the pan using a spatula and serve it on a plate.
Do not forget to pour the sauce on top.
