2Add ground beef, minced garlic, and all the seasonings (ground coriander, ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dried mint, salt, turmeric, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper or paprika).
3Brown the beef well for a few minutes.
4Add water, close the lid, and let it cook through.
5Once the water reduces, add tomato paste and sear it well.
6Add tomato sauce and leave it on a low simmer for a few minutes until extra saucy.
7Cook and drain the pasta.
8Place the cooked pasta back in the pot and add a few spoonfuls of meat sauce to coat it.
9Sauté green onions in a drizzle of oil.
10Make the yogurt sauce by mixing plain yogurt, salt, dried mint, and optional minced garlic.
11To plate, spread yogurt at the bottom of your dish.
12Top with the meat-coated pasta.
13Add a little more yogurt.
14Add sautéed green onions.
15Add more meat sauce.
16Add fresh cilantro.
17Add more dried mint as a final layer.
