Directions

  1. 1In a hot pan with a little oil, cook down yellow onion, habanero, garlic.
  2. 2Add in some flour, your ground beef, a cup of spices, some tomato paste, and brown sugar.
  3. 3When the beef is mostly cooked, add frozen peas. Cover and let this cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. 4Finish with some lemon juice.
  5. 5For the wrapper, use paratha dough that you slightly roll out.
  6. 6Use a mold to cut out a smaller circle shape.
  7. 7Add a spoonful of the mixture to each wrapper and seal it shut.
  8. 8Press firmly using your fingers or a fork to crimp the edges.
  9. 9Deep fry for a couple of minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. 10Serve with some chutney or barbecue sauce.
