In a hot pan with a little oil, cook down yellow onion, habanero, garlic.

Add in some flour, your ground beef, a cup of spices, some tomato paste, and brown sugar.

When the beef is mostly cooked, add frozen peas. Cover and let this cook for another 10 minutes.

Finish with some lemon juice.

For the wrapper, use paratha dough that you slightly roll out.

Use a mold to cut out a smaller circle shape.

Add a spoonful of the mixture to each wrapper and seal it shut.

Press firmly using your fingers or a fork to crimp the edges.

Deep fry for a couple of minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve with some chutney or barbecue sauce.
