Directions
- 1Combine Greek yogurt, garlic, parsley, dill, and a little bit of salt.
- 2Poach the eggs perfectly so the yolks stay nice and runny.
- 3Make the spicy butter with butter, paprika, and Aleppo pepper.
- 4Pour the spicy butter over everything.
- 5Serve with sourdough.
