Directions

  1. 1Spread the cake batter evenly onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  2. 2Bake the cake sheets until golden brown.
  3. 3Use a round cutter to cut out circular cake pieces from the baked sheets.
  4. 4Pipe a generous amount of cream onto one cake circle, spreading it evenly.
  5. 5Place another cake circle on top to create a sandwich.
  6. 6Dip each cream-filled cake sandwich into melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
  7. 7Place the chocolate-coated cakes on a cooling rack.
  8. 8Using black icing, pipe two circles for the eyes onto each cake.
  9. 9Fill in the eyes with more black icing.
  10. 10Add two small dots for the nose.
  11. 11Pipe a long line for the mouth.
  12. 12Add short vertical lines across the mouth to create the stitched look of Jack Skellington.
