Prep the large potatoes by cleaning them.

Poke the potatoes all around with a fork.

Season the potatoes with garlic salt, regular salt, and black pepper, ensuring both sides are coated.

Wrap the seasoned potatoes in foil.

Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet.

Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour or until soft.

Prepare the meat seasoning by mixing all the spices together.

Cut the steak into small cubes.

Sprinkle the seasoning all over the steak.

Squeeze the juice of half an orange over the steak.

Sprinkle some oil over the steak.

Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the steak is nicely coated.

Add chopped onion and cilantro to the steak.

Cover the seasoned meat and refrigerate it until it's time to cook.

0.5 orange
