Directions

  1. 1Prepare the crust by mixing digestive biscuits and melted butter.
  2. 2Mix the cream cheese and the colored jelly.
  3. 3Pour the mixture over the crust.
  4. 4Spread the mixture evenly with a spatula.
  5. 5Once set, pipe whipped cream around the edges.
  6. 6Decorate with edible flowers.

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 edible flowers
