Directions

  1. 1Chop up four tomatoes and remove the seeds from the inside.
  2. 2Dice up a white onion.
  3. 3Dice two cloves of garlic.
  4. 4Juice two limes.
  5. 5Chop a small bunch of cilantro.
  6. 6Add jalapeño.
  7. 7Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  8. 8Add freshly cracked black pepper.
  9. 9Add half a packet of chicken bouillon.
  10. 10Add salt.
  11. 11Mix all ingredients together.
  12. 12Strain the tomato juice and keep it apart.

  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 packet chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
