Directions

  1. 1Boil eggs for 7 minutes.
  2. 2Prep aromatics (onion, garlic, green onion, chili) and add them to a mason jar.
  3. 3Add soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame seeds to the mason jar.
  4. 4Mix the marinade.
  5. 5Add boiled eggs to the jar and let them marinate for as long as possible.
  6. 6Serve the marinated eggs over rice.
