1Marinate the chicken thighs in yogurt and spices.

19Spread mayonnaise on the toasted side of the bread slices.
20Place three slices of Muenster cheese and two slices of Cheddar cheese on each bread slice.
21Add some of the leftover butter chicken on top of the cheese.
22Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
23Toast the sandwich in a pan until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
24Cut the grilled cheese sandwich in half.
25Chop fresh cilantro.
26Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the opened grilled cheese.
27Close the sandwich again.
28Dip the sandwich into extra butter chicken sauce and enjoy.
