Directions
- 1Mix all the written ingredients together.
- 2Stir the mixture until it becomes like a paste.
- 3Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- 4Add tapioca flour and knead until smooth.
- 5Cut three sausages into pieces.
- 6Take portions of the dough, flatten, add a piece of sausage filling, and roll into a ball.
- 7Boil water and add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- 8Boil the dough balls.
- 9Coat the boiled dough balls directly into breadcrumbs.
- 10Skewer the coated balls.
- 11Fry the skewered balls in hot oil over medium heat.
- 12Pack the finished product with a cup and pour sauce over it.
