The Best Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

scatteredthoughtsofacraftymom.com
10m
Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Beat together the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. 2Add in powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. 3Pour in the vanilla extra and mix.
  4. 4Finally, add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. 5Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz package cream cheese, room temp
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar

Equipment

mixing bowl

Tips

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for the easiest blending.
  • Pull it from the fridge about 20 minutes before serving to allow the dip to soften and become more dip-able.
  • This cream cheese fruit dip will last 4 to 5 days in an air-tight container. I do not recommend freezing the leftovers.
