Directions

  1. 1Make the caramel.
  2. 2Pour caramel into muffin tins.
  3. 3Core and slice apples.
  4. 4Place apple slices into muffin tin.
  5. 5Roll out puff pastry and poke with a fork.
  6. 6Cut circles into the pastry.
  7. 7Place pastry on top of the apple.
  8. 8Bake until golden brown.
  9. 9Remove from tin.
