Add two cups of self-rising flour to the bowl.

Gradually add heavy cream, about a cup and a half to two cups total, until the mixture is doughy but wet.

Lightly flour your counter and place the dough in the middle.

Gently pat out the dough, being careful not to overwork it.

Use a glass to cut out biscuits by pressing straight down and lifting up.

Spray a baking dish with baking spray.

Place the cut biscuits in the baking dish.

Brush a little bit of heavy cream on top of each biscuit.

Bake the biscuits in the oven at 425°F for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
