Directions

  1. 1Add two cups of self-rising flour to the bowl.
  2. 2Gradually add heavy cream, about a cup and a half to two cups total, until the mixture is doughy but wet.
  3. 3Lightly flour your counter and place the dough in the middle.
  4. 4Gently pat out the dough, being careful not to overwork it.
  5. 5Use a glass to cut out biscuits by pressing straight down and lifting up.
  6. 6Spray a baking dish with baking spray.
  7. 7Place the cut biscuits in the baking dish.
  8. 8Brush a little bit of heavy cream on top of each biscuit.
  9. 9Bake the biscuits in the oven at 425°F for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
