Strawberry Cream Cake
Directions
- 1Take a strawberry supreme cake mix.
- 2Add water, oil (or melted butter), and eggs to the mix.
- 3Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- 4Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan according to the box instructions.
- 5Once the cake is out of the oven, poke holes all over it with a fork.
- 6Pour a can of sweetened condensed milk over the cake.
- 7Let the cake cool to room temperature.
- 8Refrigerate for about two hours.
- 9In a separate bowl, mix together 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 3 cups of heavy whipping cream.
- 10Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix with a hand mixer until creamy.
- 11Add another cup of whipping cream for extra fluffiness.
- 12Spread the cream mixture over the chilled cake.
- 13Top with fresh strawberries.
