Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich
Directions
- 1Crack and whisk 4 eggs in a glass bowl.
- 2Cook bacon slices in a frying pan.
- 3Pour the whisked eggs over the bacon in the pan.
- 4Add 2 slices of bread to the pan.
- 5Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the bread and bacon.
- 6Add lettuce and tomatoes on the cheese.
- 7Add other slice of bread and cook until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- 8Cut the sandwich in half.
