Orange Supreme Cake
Directions
- 1Start with one box of orange supreme cake mix. Add three eggs and 1/2 cup of oil.
- 2Instead of water, use the juice from two drained cans of mandarin oranges.
- 3Whisk all cake mix ingredients together.
- 4Grease a 13x9 inch pan and add the cake mix.
- 5Bake for approximately 23 minutes at 350°F.
- 6For the frosting, combine one 20oz can of crushed pineapple (only drain half the juice), one 3.4oz container of Jello instant vanilla pudding, and 3/4 of a container of Cool Whip.
- 7Mix until well combined.
- 8Pour the frosting mixture over the cooled baked cake and spread evenly.
- 9Refrigerate for about three to four hours.
- 10Add mandarin orange slices on top as a garnish.
