  1. 1Start with one box of orange supreme cake mix. Add three eggs and 1/2 cup of oil.
  2. 2Instead of water, use the juice from two drained cans of mandarin oranges.
  3. 3Whisk all cake mix ingredients together.
  4. 4Grease a 13x9 inch pan and add the cake mix.
  5. 5Bake for approximately 23 minutes at 350°F.
  6. 6For the frosting, combine one 20oz can of crushed pineapple (only drain half the juice), one 3.4oz container of Jello instant vanilla pudding, and 3/4 of a container of Cool Whip.
  7. 7Mix until well combined.
  8. 8Pour the frosting mixture over the cooled baked cake and spread evenly.
  9. 9Refrigerate for about three to four hours.
  10. 10Add mandarin orange slices on top as a garnish.
