Upside Down Cake
Directions
- 1Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in size.
- 2Add the oil little by little.
- 3Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, 3 times dry ingredients and 2 times milk mixture.
- 4Cut the nectarines into wedges.
- 5In a mold with parchment paper, add caramel, add nectarines and the cake mixture.
- 6Place in oven.

- 2 cup Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 0.33 cup Oil
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
- pinch Salt
- 4 pieces Nectarines
- Caramel Sauce
Tips
- Bake at 180 degrees.
