Chocolate Banana Cake

Directions
- 1Add banana, egg, cottage cheese, cocoa, and maple in a bowl.
- 2Mix all ingredients with a whisk or ideally a stick blender.
- 3Pour the mixture into a baking tin.
- 4Cook for 45 minutes at 180C (360F).
- 5Allow to cool and store in the fridge before eating.

- 350 g ripe bananas flesh
- 3 medium eggs
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 30 g cocoa
- 30 g maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder

Tips
- Use really ripe bananas for best results.
- Allow to cool and store in the fridge before eating.
- You could bake it in more of a flat tray like a brownie too.
