Directions
- 1Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- 3Pour half the cake batter into a large mug.
- 4Pour half the cinnamon swirl mix on top of the batter.
- 5Pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
- 6Pipe on the rest of the cinnamon mix.
- 7Mix together sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- 8Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar all over the cake.
- 9Microwave until there's no wet batter left.

- 40 ml oil
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tbsp melted butter

- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 0.125 tsp cinnamon

Tips
