1Combine butter, oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs and cream together.
2Add one box of Jell-O chocolate instant pudding to the mixture and mix again.
3In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and a dash of salt.
4Add the dry ingredients to the moist ingredients.
5Mix on low until almost combined.
6Add 1/3 cup of milk and 1 cup of sour cream to the mixture.
7Add 2 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chunks and three-quarters of a bag of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture and stir to combine.
8Chill the muffin batter in the fridge.
9Using an ice cream scoop, fill muffin cups with batter.
10Add a few more mini chocolate chips to the top of each muffin.
11Bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 additional minutes.
12Remove the center of each muffin using a muffin corer or a small paring knife.
13Melt 1 and a quarter cup of semi-sweet chocolate and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
14Whisk the melted chocolate mixture together.
15Pour the chocolate ganache into the holes of each muffin.
