  4. 4Express grapefruit peel oil over the surface.
  5. 5Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

  • 1.5 oz. tequila blanco
  • 0.5 oz. Aperol
  • 0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • grapefruit peel oil
  • clear ice
