Easy Air Fryer Chicken Kebabs

Directions

  1. 1Chop the yellow and red bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Cut the chicken breast into even cubes so they cook evenly.
  3. 3Place the chicken in a bowl, season with salt, smoked paprika, white pepper, and the juice of half an orange.
  4. 4Mix well to coat, cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. 5In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and smoked paprika.
  6. 6Stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. 7Thread the marinated chicken cubes and bell pepper pieces alternately onto wooden skewers.
  8. 8Brush the kebabs generously with the prepared sauce, coating all sides.
  9. 9Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  10. 10Arrange the prepared kebabs in a single layer, leaving space between them for even cooking.
  11. 11Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 20 minutes, allowing the kebabs to turn during cooking so they brown evenly on all sides.
  12. 12Once the kebabs are golden and fully cooked through, transfer them to a serving plate.
  13. 13Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and a little orange zest for a burst of color and freshness.
  14. 14Serve hot with extra sauce on the side, or pair them with rice, salad, or warm flatbread.
  15. 15Serve them straight from the air fryer while they’re hot, with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and orange zest for extra freshness.
