Directions

  1. 1Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form small oval shapes
  2. 2Roll the mixture in flour, then dip in beaten egg and finally coat with bread crumbs
  3. 3Fry the croquettes in hot oil until golden brown

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon red chili
  • 1 tablespoon green chili
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups oil
